About North Bay Pros
North Bay Pros is a referral and marketing service. We build in-depth, locally researched websites for specific home-service needs, starting with water damage, mold and roofing in Marin County, and we connect the homeowners who reach out with independent, licensed local providers.
What we are, and what we aren't
We're not a contractor, and we don't perform any of the work. The providers we connect you with are independent businesses that set their own prices and are responsible for their own work, licensing and insurance. We check that providers hold an active CSLB license and insurance (see how we vet providers), and we encourage every homeowner to verify a license at cslb.ca.gov before hiring.
Our standards
- No fake reviews, invented statistics or borrowed credentials
- Clear disclosure on every site that we're a referral service
- Guides grounded in public sources such as NOAA, the EPA, the CDC, CSLB and the California Department of Insurance, with "last updated" dates
- Calls answered 24/7, with a clear notice that calls may be recorded
Our sites
- Marin Water Damage: water damage, flooding, burst pipes and storm damage
- Marin Mold Removal: mold inspection, removal and prevention
- Marin Roof Repair: roof leaks, storm damage, tarping and replacement
